## About the role

Own Product Quality for multiple hardware development programs, ensuring products progress through development with robust quality planning, risk management, validation, and manufacturing readiness. Partner with Product Management and Systems Engineering in transforming ambiguous and broad Voice of Customer requirements into quantifiable specifications via Product and Engineering Requirement Documentation.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 7+ years of experience in Product Quality, NPI Quality, Manufacturing Quality, Product Engineering, or related roles supporting consumer electronics, wearables, medical devices, or similarly complex hardware
- Experience leading quality for complex hardware products through development, validation, manufacturing readiness, and product launch
- Strong knowledge of quality methodologies including DFMEA, PFMEA, CTQ, DOE, SPC, MSA, GR&R, root cause analysis, CAPA/8D, and statistical quality methods
- Experience working with global suppliers and contract manufacturing partners in high-volume manufacturing environments
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence technical decisions through objective data and structured problem solving
