## About the role

Own and lead the end-to-end design of critical digital experiences that drive acquisition, conversion, and retention, with a focus on ecommerce experiences. Shape and evolve complex user flows and information architecture to create clear, intuitive paths to conversion as our offerings evolve.

- Demonstrated strength in information architecture and designing end-to-end flows that simplify complexity and guide users through multi-step journeys
- Strong ability to own and drive multiple initiatives simultaneously, influencing cross-functional partners and influencing product direction while elevating team craft
- Clear decision-maker and communicator who can articulate and defend design decisions using strong design principles, heuristics, and data, building alignment across stakeholders
- This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office
