## About the role

Define what best-in-class sensing means for WHOOP and own the strategy and roadmap to make our foundational algorithms more accurate, reliable, and robust across the full range of real-world conditions. Establish clear success criteria and make thoughtful tradeoffs across accuracy, coverage, responsiveness, power, and member experience.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally building technically complex products in consumer health, wearables, sensing, machine learning, or adjacent domains
- Experience working with sensor data, algorithms, or quantitative models, with the technical fluency to engage deeply with engineering and scientific teams on performance, failure modes, validation, and system tradeoffs
- Strong analytical instincts and comfort working directly with data to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and make informed product decisions
- Exceptional product judgment, with the ability to balance scientific rigor, technical complexity, member impact, and speed of execution
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguous, technically challenging problems, creating clarity and alignment across disciplines with different perspectives and constraints
- Strong communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into clear product decisions and compelling narratives for a broad range of audiences
