## About the role

Own key revenue recovery and loss-prevention metrics , including payment failure-to-success rate, device loss rate, and losses associated with scams and abuse Develop and execute strategies to improve payment recovery , identifying opportunities across payment retries and recovery workflows

- 5+ years of experience in payments, revenue operations, fraud/risk, or similar field
- Demonstrated experience using data and experimentation to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and drive measurable business outcomes
- Experience developing or optimizing strategies related to payment recovery, fraud and abuse prevention, loss prevention, or similar revenue-protection programs
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to quantify the impact of revenue leakage and build compelling business cases for solutions
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or other stakeholders
