## About the role

Serve as an accounting owner for ERP and finance systems, including process design, data integrity, testing, reconciliations, workflow improvements, and implementation or optimization projects. Be technical. Your work should be correct, grounded in fact, and able to withstand scrutiny

## What they're looking for

- 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally including both public accounting and high-growth technology or fintech experience
- Strong command of U.S. GAAP and hands-on experience with close, financial reporting, balance-sheet reconciliations, accruals, and audit support
- Experience with AI tools and a habit of proactively using them to work smarter and faster, whether drafting reconciliations, analyzing data, or automating repetitive close tasks
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems and modern finance tools, NetSuite, Ramp, Carta, FloQast, or similar platforms are a plus
- Direct procure-to-pay experience, including purchasing controls, AP workflows, vendor management, expenses/corporate cards, and close-related accruals
- Experience with stock-based compensation and equity accounting, ASC 718 and Carta experience strongly preferred
