## About the role

We are looking for an Algorithmic Trader with strong quantitative and Python skills, good trading instincts and a curiosity about algorithmic trading, high-frequency trading, liquidity provision and digital assets. You will take ownership of P&L-impacting trading projects from an early stage, working closely with experienced traders and developers across our global trading team. After an initial training period, you will be given significant independence and responsibility.

## What they're looking for

- Strong Python skills – typically 1–3 years of coding experience through professional work, internships, academic work or personal projects. We will test this during the interview process
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills – we will test these
- Typically 1–3 years of relevant experience, although we also welcome exceptional recent graduates with relevant internships, particularly from HFT, quantitative trading or similar environments
- Trading experience is not essential, but you should have strong trading intuition and a genuine interest in learning about algorithmic trading, high-frequency trading, quantitative trading and liquidity provision
- Strong ability to analyse complex datasets, identify patterns and turn insights into practical solutions
- An interest in financial markets and technology. Experience or interest in crypto, blockchain and DeFi is beneficial but not required
