## About the role

As our Compliance Specialist, you'll safeguard regulatory integrity across marketing, lending, and operations. You’ll be the point person for compliance reviews, audits, and bank partner inquiries—leveraging modern tools (including RegTech and AI) to drive efficiency.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of consumer lending compliance experience—preferably in fintech or banking
- Hands-on experience with marketing compliance , complaint tracking , and bank/institution audit support
- Solid understanding of consumer lending and servicing regulations (e.g., TILA, ECOA, UDAAP, FCRA, BSA/AML, and Red Flags)
- Skilled in applying tools like Alloy , PerformLine , Salesforce , Google Suite , and ChatGPT . Comfortable learning and integrating new technologies
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, adept at managing multiple compliance priorities and stakeholder expectations. Comfortable making the call with internal stakeholders
