## About the role

Wispr Flow is looking for a Senior Designer, Brand & Growth to join our marketing team and work directly with the Head of Design. This is a high-ownership role for a designer who loves making complex technology feel simple, human, and memorable.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience designing marketing campaigns for digital products or SaaS companies
- A portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end campaign thinking, including both final outputs and the creative thinking behind them
- Strong ability to simplify complex ideas through visual communication and storytelling
- Strong creative judgment and exceptional visual taste, with the ability to know when to push an idea further and when simplicity is the better solution
- Excellent visual design fundamentals, including typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, and information design
- Experience designing integrated, conversion-focused campaigns across web, paid media, email, and social, while partnering closely with growth marketing and web teams to test, learn, and continuously improve campaign performance
