## About the role

As Claims Manager, you’ll own claims for a book of our commercial accounts, reporting to the Head of Claims, Phil Wilusz. You’ll own the full arc: reporting the loss, driving the adjuster, running monthly claim reviews with the client, and knowing when to escalate.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience managing commercial insurance claims, ideally in a brokerage or carrier setting
- End-to-end claims management experience: intake, carrier reporting, adjuster follow-up, reserves, and resolution
- Sound judgment with a clear sense of when to escalate
- Strong client relationship and trust-building skills
- Experience running client-facing meetings (kickoffs, claim reviews)
- Ability to build SOPs, reporting workflows, and training materials from scratch
