## About the role

Join WithCoverage as a Growth Lead (Account Executive), based out of our NYC office. The Growth Lead will be responsible for onboarding new mid-market accounts, identifying and addressing client needs, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and executing sales strategies. This role requires close collaboration with the BDR and Risk Management Teams throughout the full sales funnel.

## What they're looking for

- 3-8 years of experience in a Sales/AE, Financial Advisory, or Consulting role
- Client Relationship Management and Sales skills
- Experience in Mid-Market or Enterprise Account Management
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and in a team environment
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
