## About the role

We’re looking for a Marketing Ops Associate to build the scaffolding that will support our marketing motions at scale. The core mandate for this role is to build better systems that both measure and improve the efficiency and magnitude with which WithCoverage builds its top of funnel. ## What they're looking for

- You have 2 to 4 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or another highly hands-on systems role
- You have at least 1 to 2 years of deep, hands-on HubSpot experience, ideally across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Operations Hub
- A systems thinker, who gets obsessed with the way things work and how to improve them
