## About the role

Within is looking for a founding Product Marketing Lead. As the founding product marketer, this role will build messaging and positioning for Within’s products and solutions across a variety of ICPs and Personas, develop content and programs that inspire our customers, accelerate our sales team, and enhance credibility and adoption for Within’s products. This is a unique opportunity to define the product marketing function and blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, particularly in B2B environments
- Expertise leveraging GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Claude Code, Gemini, Figma, Replit, etc. to supercharge efforts
- Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, story-telling, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated passion for and understanding of AI/ML technology, and the ability to explore and push the use of generative AI tools to unlock productivity
- Strong business judgment and the ability to influence at all levels, including executive and to work across functions
- A collaborative mindset, drive to create and improve processes, and willingness to support team members on various projects as needed
