## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 7+ years of B2B demand generation, campaign operations, or global program management experience
- Deep understanding of multi-channel execution across webinars, digital events, direct mailers, executive roundtables, and content syndication campaigns
- Exceptional collaboration skills with a track record of driving alignment across global field teams, PMM, CXO, digital, and revenue organizations in a matrixed environment
- Experience within the cybersecurity, SaaS, or high-growth technology sector
