## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, business operations, or a strategic role at a high-growth startup
- Must have strong leadership and team-building skills, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally in an effective manner
- Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and make decisions that drive the business forward
- Demonstrated ability to build and automate with AI tools
- Expert MS Excel / Google Sheets skills - candidate should be comfortable with financial modeling and working with large amounts of data
- 5-6 days a week in office in Rincon Hill, San Francisco, with travel as needed
