We’re hiring a Director of Product Management to lead Workato’s Platform, Security, and Enterprise Readiness strategy. This is a high-impact role focused on building the foundation that unlocks enterprise adoption at scale —from secure deployments and governance to compliance, observability, and global infrastructure.

## What they're looking for

- You bring 10+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on platform, security, or infrastructure products
- You have experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS platforms used by large organizations
- You have deep familiarity with identity and access systems, including SAML, SCIM, and RBAC models
- You understand enterprise security, compliance frameworks, and governance requirements
- You have experience with observability, logging, and audit systems in distributed platforms
- You are comfortable working across engineering, security, infrastructure, compliance, and GTM teams
