## About the role

We're looking for a Partner Operations Analyst to join our Partner Operations team. This role will own data infrastructure, reporting, and analytics that power partner performance visibility, deal tracking, and enablement across our partner ecosystem. This is a highly analytical, data-engineering-adjacent role — you'll be building and maintaining the pipelines, dashboards, and data models that partner leadership and cross-functional stakeholders rely on daily.

## What they're looking for

- 3–5 years of experience in partner operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or a data/analytics role within a SaaS environment
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Snowflake (or similar cloud data warehouse)
- Experience building dashboards/reports in Sigma (or comparable BI tools — Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- Familiarity with Salesforce data model, hands-on experience managing a partner portal/PRM platform (Allbound or similar)
- Comfort with data pipeline/ETL concepts and hands-on experience with automation platforms (Workato or similar)
- Basic sales operations experience — territory/quota data, pipeline hygiene, CRM administration, reporting cadences
