- Sustained track record of producing and directing high-caliber work across a range of formats and production scales with a reel demonstrating range and consistency at a senior level
- Brainstorming and writing abilities: contributing to scripts, treatments, and creative concepts alongside writers
- Ability to direct a range of talent, including senior executives, third-party speakers, and high-stakes live settings
- Deep fluency in the full production process, sufficient to problem-solve creatively under real-world constraints without owning production logistics
