## About the role

Reporting to the Senior Director, P&P M&A Strategy and Integration, you will translate people strategy and diligence findings into practical workforce plans and integration actions. You will coordinate cross-functional work streams from diligence through close, post-close stabilization, and transition to steady-state operations. Working with the Deal Lead, Program Lead, and functional partners, you will identify workforce risks, align stakeholders on critical decisions, and support global transition requirements. ## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, M&A, transformation, consulting, or related business disciplines within complex, matrixed, or global organizations
- Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, HR due diligence, post-acquisition integration, divestitures, carve-outs, organizational transformation, restructuring, or other large-scale business initiatives
- Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and significant organizational complexity
- Broad knowledge across core People disciplines, including organizational design, total rewards, talent management, workforce planning, HR technology, employee relations, compliance, and talent retention strategies
- Proven ability to assess workforce implications, identify risks and opportunities, and translate complex findings into practical business recommendations and integration actions
