## About the role

The Workday Wellness platform enables benefit providers (Wellness Partners) to deliver seamless, API-based integration solutions within Workday’s HCM and Benefits ecosystem. As part of our strategic growth, this role bridges the gap between partner signing and live customer deployment.

## What they're looking for

- Technical Proficiency : Strong hands-on experience (5+ years) with API-based technologies (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML), web services, authentication protocols, and API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
- Experience in the Workday software alliances ecosystem a plus
- Demonstrated understanding of how APIs function as the connective tissue between software platforms
- Experience in US healthcare, financial services or insurance markets
- Consistent record of exceeding targets and customer impact
- Ability to frame, structure and execute large and complex partner deals
