## About the role

As a Principal/Senior Software Engineer, Agentic UX in Agent Factory, you’ll help build the conversational AI experience and ambient capabilities that bring Workday’s agents to life. You are an AI-native builder, not a pure frontend developer. You will own features end-to-end, connecting the agentic logic directly to the user interface. You don't just build UI; you orchestrate the agentic flows that power the UX. You’ll design and ship experiences that bridge the gap between AI capabilities and user intent.

- 12+ years of experience in software engineering
- 3+ years of experience building conversational or agentic AI applications
