## About the role

As an Engagement Manager, you will ensure the successful implementation of the Workday products for our Higher Education customer base. The Engagement Manager, through building key relationships with the client executive leadership and implementation team(s), will drive the implementation from planning through multiple moves to production.

## What they're looking for

- Demonstrable experience (6+ years) of project managing Medium and/or Large Enterprise ERP solution preferably within the Higher Education customer base
- Prior consulting experience (6+ years) either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company
- Experience implementing (6+ years) Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Ellucian or a similar application
- Working knowledge (4+ years) with at least one of the following: HCM, Financials, SIS (Student Information System) business areas
- Demonstrable experience (8+ years) of project managing Medium and/or Large Enterprise ERP solution preferably within the Higher Education customer base
- Prior consulting experience(8+ years) either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company
