## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of software development experience with a real track record of shipping and maintaining SDKs or OSS projects
- Deep fluency in at least three of our supported languages, you should have strong opinions about what idiomatic code looks like in each
- Experience with or genuine excitement about AI-native tooling: agent SDKs, context engineering, evals, LLM-powered CLIs
- Interest in documentation as infrastructure, not just prose
- Strong instincts for what makes a developer experience good vs. merely functional
- Experience owning projects end-to-end and driving decisions based on customer impact
