## About the role

Lead greenfield initiatives end-to-end — research, scoping, definition, prototyping, implementation, and iteration — working directly with engineering to solve complex technical problems. You'll navigate ambiguity, adapt when feedback challenges your direction, and evaluate tradeoffs while continuing to raise the quality bar across the platform.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years designing platforms and/or complex products with information-dense interfaces. Experience with developer tools, enterprise software, or technical B2B products is preferred
- Demonstrated systems thinking: you know when to create a new pattern, adapt an existing one to different contexts, recognize when a pattern is needed, and know when to kill one
- You account for real-world complexity — edge cases, error and empty states, accessibility, and technical constraints — without letting process slow you down. You ship, learn, and iterate
- You can articulate why you made a design decision, not just what you made. You think through alternatives, weigh tradeoffs, and consider how your choices affect the entire product
- Experience running user research and translating feedback into insights that shape product direction — including knowing what to prioritize and where design will have the most impact
- Proficiency with Figma and a curiosity for what comes next – you should be excited to explore new tools and workflows and share what you learn with the team
