## About the role

Growth at WorkOS spans the entire customer journey. From a developer's first API call to enterprise deployment, you'll identify where customers find value, where they get stuck, and how we help them grow. You'll own activation, adoption, monetization, expansion, and retention across the platform. You'll define how we measure success, build our experimentation practice, and partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Data, and Finance to drive meaningful business outcomes.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of meaningful business outcomes
- Experience leading growth, onboarding, monetization, activation, or retention for a developer platform, API product, infrastructure company, or B2B SaaS product
- Experience with product-led growth
- Experience with API or usage-based pricing models
- Strong product instincts backed by data
- Deep experience designing and evaluating experiments
