## About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Operations Professional with strong payroll-calculation, reconciliation, variance-analysis, and data-accuracy skills to support end-to-end payroll operations for multiple clients in Tanzania, with the expectation of growing into a role that also supports other African jurisdictions over time.

## What they're looking for

- Support full-cycle payroll processing for Payroll Outsourcing, EOR, and SaaS clients in Tanzania
- Process salaries, allowances, bonuses, overtime, and deductions accurately
- Maintain working relationships with Tanzanian statutory bodies and regulatory authorities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
- Certified Public Accountant, CPA(T) (issued by the National Board of Accountants and Auditors, NBAA), or ACCA qualification is mandatory
- Experience handling multi-client payroll or payroll outsourcing is an advantage
