## About the role

We are seeking an AI-first and process-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing team. This role, reporting to the Head of Finance, will play an important role in helping our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams operate more efficiently by turning data into insights, improving processes, and building tools that make it easier for teams to do their best work.

## What they're looking for

- 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, Customer Success Operations, Finance, or a similar analytical role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large or complex datasets
- Experience building dashboards, reports, and analyses using tools such as Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Interest in using AI tools and coding assistants such as Claude Code to improve productivity and automate repetitive work
