## About the role

We are looking for a Head of Product, Devices to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Tools for Humanity's device portfolio. You will lead the Device Product function and be responsible for defining the products we build, the problems we solve, the users we serve, and the outcomes we measure. You'll work across every stage of the product lifecycle—from early concept and product definition through manufacturing, launch, and continuous improvement in the field.

## What they're looking for

- Experience shipping consumer electronics, robotics, medical devices, identity systems, biometric technologies, or other complex hardware products
- Experience with high-volume manufacturing, New Product Introduction (NPI), and hardware development lifecycles
- Experience building products where privacy, security, trust, and reliability are core product requirements
- Experience partnering closely with Industrial Design and UX teams to create integrated physical and digital experiences
