## About the role

We're looking for a Head of Growth Marketing who can drive enterprise pipeline while building category awareness. This is not a strategy role. This is a building role. You'll own the full growth engine: paid campaigns, influencer marketing, webinars, ABM programs, outbound sequences, LinkedIn and more. You'll work directly with me (Sam, founder) to turn our product into the movement that reshapes how companies think about AI search.

## What they're looking for

- 5-8 years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally at companies in $2M-$20M ARR range
- Hands-on campaign execution in the last 6 months (not just management)
- Built and optimized paid campaigns yourself (LinkedIn, Google)
- Experience with signal-based outbound and ABM tools (Clay, Apollo, Unify, or similar)
- Can create landing pages (Webflow, Framer, or similar)
- Managed marketing budget of $50K+/month
