We are seeking an experienced Senior Scientist to join and shape our cellular assay team based in Munich, Germany. In this key role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and interpreting cellular functional assays to validate the activity of small molecules and other therapeutic modalities. Your expertise in cutting-edge methodologies will be crucial in delivering high-quality data, which supports the success of our client projects.

- Lead the development of state-of-the-art assays, ensuring innovative and high-quality designs for cellular profiling and characterization of small molecule activity

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of client projects, contributing to their overall success
- PhD (m/f/d) in Biology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture and developing cellular functional assays for drug development projects
