## About the role

IXL Learning, creator of one of the most widely used personalized learning platforms in the world, is seeking a full-time Marketing Associate to join our fun and growing team. In this role, you’ll play an essential part in the marketing of our flagship product, IXL. You’ll write content that engages our key audiences - educators, parents, and students - and gets them excited about our latest features.

## What they're looking for

- BA/BS degree and 2-4 years of solid marketing experience in a professional environment
- Interpersonal skills: You’re a team player, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
- You get things done: You’re a self starter, detail-oriented, organized, resourceful, can manage projects from start to finish and juggle multiple deadlines
