## About the role

In this role, you will support educators in implementing IXL effectively by facilitating virtual and in-person professional development, delivering national webinars, and hosting IXL Live events. You will work with educators across grade levels, subjects, and districts to strengthen their IXL implementation and improve classroom instruction. #LI-REMOTE You must be a natural presenter and people person, highly organized, creative, well-spoken, and eager to be part of a collaborative, high-energy team.

## What they're looking for

- BA/BS degree
- Must have 5+ years teaching experience in a K-12 setting, department- or school-level leadership background a plus
- Educational professional development experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills - dynamic, enthusiastic, upbeat individual who connects well with others and has a positive, collaborative attitude
