## About the role

IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Lifecycle team and help maintain the pipelines and deployment systems that power containerized applications across IXL brands. The team is focused on automation, reliability, and developer productivity, helping brand engineering teams ship features quickly and safely.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science/engineering or a related discipline
- 6+ years of professional experience with technical infrastructure and software engineering
- Strong programming skills in at least one object-oriented language (Java, C++, etc.) and one scripting language (Python, Bash, etc.)
- Experience building reusable CI and deployment systems (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
