## About the role

We are seeking a strategic, highly data-driven Director of Global Growth Marketing & Sales Enablement to serve as a key leader for our Ads business. This individual will own growth marketing strategy and execution while leading the ads insights, measurement, and analytics function. The role is responsible for translating complex advertising performance data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive revenue growth with advertisers and improve campaign effectiveness.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of progressive experience in growth marketing, digital advertising, measurement/analytics, or sales enablement, with significant time spent in advertising or social media platforms
- Proven leadership experience managing marketing and/or analytics teams in a high-growth environment
- Deep expertise in advertising measurement, attribution, experimentation, and performance analytics, demonstrated ability to convert insights into revenue-driving actions
- Strong track record at prominent advertising platforms, social media companies, or ad-tech organizations (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, Snap, LinkedIn, Amazon Ads, or equivalent)
- Exceptional data fluency and comfort working with large-scale datasets, BI tools, and statistical concepts
- Experience building sales enablement programs that demonstrably improve win rates, deal size, or advertiser retention
