## About the role

As a Commercial Counsel at SpaceXAI, you'll drive our commercial contracting efforts by negotiating high-value enterprise agreements and commercial contracts - primarily enterprise customer agreements for AI products and services but also for strategic partnerships, hyperscaler agreements, other technology deals, vendor agreements, and anything else in the universe!

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of legal experience, ideally a mix of top-tier law firm and inhouse technology company experience
- Extensive transaction negotiation experience. Intellectual property and technology transactions experience a strong plus
- Ability to balance risks to tackle legal issues with a practical, commercial-driven approach
- Creative solutioning mindset. Ability to problem solve with sound judgment while navigating complex and ambiguous situations. You find workable paths, not just problems
- Genuine curiosity and passion for AI application in everyday life
