## About the role

We are seeking a results-driven recruiter to join SpaceXAI’s Human Data team, where you will spearhead high-volume sourcing efforts to attract top-tier talent and fuel our mission. In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for priority requisitions, leveraging a world-class, data-driven approach to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and meet aggressive hiring goals.

## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments, either in agency or in-house settings
- Proven track record of managing high-volume pipelines and specialty positions, delivering measurable results
- Full-cycle recruiting experience, including expertise in challenging closes, stakeholder management, and building key internal partnerships
- Preference for candidates based in or willing to relocate to the Palo Alto, CA area, remote work is also possible
- Candidates must be based in one of the following countries where SpaceXAI has a physical office, remote work is also possible
