## About the role

As a leading member of the power generation engineering team, you will design, build, and activate technically advanced power plants and generation infrastructure. As a lead engineer, you will lead a team designing, building, and maintaining electrical power systems that directly contribute to new power generation projects. You will be able to operate with autonomy to solve diverse and complex problems, excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
