## About the role

Xapo Bank is establishing a Structured Solutions function to own and expand its product offering, spanning yield products, tokenisation, asset-backed lending (ABL) workstreams, and new structures at the intersection of digital assets and traditional finance.

## What they're looking for

- Substantial experience in investment management, structured products, or digital asset markets, including senior ownership of a product, credit, or trading function
- Demonstrable credit underwriting and counterparty risk experience, ideally including unsecured lending, with the judgement to say no to a deal that prices well but underwrites badly
- Strong quantitative capability and comfort building or overseeing pricing, risk, and structuring models
- A track record of designing and launching new financial products, ideally spanning yield, lending, or tokenisation
- Experience operating through formal governance processes such as investment committees, with the judgement to know when to escalate
- Demonstrated people leadership: building teams, developing junior talent, and setting a clear technical and strategic direction
