## About the role

We are seeking a technically-minded, client-facing Solutions Engineer to join our United States Go-to-Market team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our enterprise clients and Xendit's product/engineering teams

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role, preferably in payments, fintech, or SaaS (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Integration Consultant)
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and SDKs. You can read code samples and explain technical concepts to engineers—even if you don't code daily
- Familiarity with payment flows, acquiring, FX, and/or payouts is highly preferred
- Experience working with regional/global enterprise clients is essential
- Technical Fluency: You bridge the gap between business and engineering. You can whiteboard a solution architecture, troubleshoot API calls, and translate technical capabilities into business value
- Client-Facing Presence: You are comfortable presenting to CTOs and lead engineers, handling objections with confidence, and building trust with technical stakeholders
