- Define strategy and maintain short-term and long-term roadmaps for the IT organization, including Service Desk, Customer Support, Procurement, Facilities, and Corporate IT
- Oversee roadmap execution by planning project schedules and milestones, and providing ongoing oversight and guidance to the team to ensure successful project delivery
- Establish standardized reporting and communication framework that provides transparency into status, operational initiatives, and risks while promoting collaboration across IT and business stakeholders
