## About the role

XP Health is running a 4–6 week study to test a new way to measure OC (optical center, the point on a lens that lines up with the eye) remotely. We’re comparing it against the in-person process we use today for progressive lenses. About 30 participants will each complete an at-home step and an in-office visit. ## What they're looking for

- A licensed optician (ABO certified or state equivalent) with hands-on experience marking optical center and segment height
- Comfortable following a set research protocol exactly as written
- Steady and consistent across a full day of back-to-back sessions (about 4 participants a day)
- Based in, or able to travel to, the Bay Area for scheduled office days
- Willing to complete CITI training before starting, if you’re not already certified
