## About the role

We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing & Operations Manager to lead our effort to drive utilization of OneImaging’s services within our growing eligible member population. This role will be a pivotal member of the team, responsible for building and owning Engagement and Marketing Operations that works with Customer Success, Member Services, and Product/Engineering teams to create a world-class member experience for OneImaging.

## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on engagement and utilization strategies in a B2C or B2B2C environment
- Experience in creating and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement
- Proven track record in setting up and scaling marketing operations, including technology stack management (Braze)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and optimize campaigns
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling content and marketing strategies
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills
