## About the role

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to support the execution and day-to-day operations of our member engagement marketing across the full member journey, from enrollment and activation through ongoing lifecycle communications. You’ll help run multi-channel campaigns, coordinate direct-mail and event logistics, keep projects on track, and make sure work moves smoothly from request to launch.

## What they're looking for

- 2-4 years in a marketing coordinator, marketing operations, or lifecycle marketing execution role
- Experience supporting multi-channel campaign execution across email, SMS, landing pages, and/or direct mail
- Comfortable working hands-on in a customer engagement platform such as Braze or Iterable, building and QAing campaigns and journeys (platform administration is owned by the marketing lead)
- Strong organizational and project-coordination skills, with the ability to manage many workstreams at once in a ticketing system such as Linear, Asana, or Jira
- Experience coordinating external vendors and print/direct-mail production, and comfort with hands-on logistics such as events, fulfillment, and inventory
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create clear, member-friendly, brand-aligned content
