## About the role

We are seeking a Director of Product Management, Partner Search to lead product strategy and execution for Yahoo’s third-party Search business.

## What they're looking for

- Experience leading Product Managers while continuing to operate as a hands-on product leader with direct ownership of meaningful product scope
- Demonstrated success growing a product or business through improvements in traffic, engagement, retention, lifetime value, revenue, monetization, or distribution
- Experience working with external partners in a B2B2C, platform, syndication, distribution, OEM, browser, marketplace, or similar ecosystem
- Strong product and commercial judgment, with the ability to understand partner economics, identify new growth opportunities, and balance partner needs with end-user and business outcomes
- Technical fluency sufficient to work deeply with engineers on APIs, partner integrations, data flows, platform architecture, experimentation systems, traffic quality, and scalable configuration capabilities
- Strong analytical skills and experience using product data, experimentation, cohort analysis, retention, LTV, traffic quality, and monetization metrics to guide product decisions
