- 8+ years of experience designing high-scale digital products across web and mobile platforms
- Proven experience leveraging and directing the usage of generative AI tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor or Codex) to construct, test, and optimize high-fidelity interactive prototypes
- Exceptional product design thinking, with deep expertise in typography, layout, visual systems, and brand application for consumer surfaces
- Demonstrated ability to operate in an AI-augmented workflow, showcasing judgment on when to utilize AI generation versus applying manual design craft
- Demonstrated ability to operate across a broad, diverse surface portfolio simultaneously, without sacrificing quality or velocity
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of aligning and presenting to executive-level stakeholders
