## About the role

Yahoo is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Sr Manager, Corporate Accounting to own Personnel accounting including Payroll accounting, Benefits, Restructuring, Long Term Incentive Comp, and Bonus accruals, while leading a team of 2 accounting professionals responsible for the monthly and quarterly close process.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a large public company or similarly complex global organization
- CPA or progress toward professional accounting certification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SOX compliance, and corporate accounting operations
- Experience working with Oracle Financials or a comparable enterprise ERP. Oracle Financials experience is strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets
