## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Track record of success in digital advertising sales within a premium publisher, media, or ad technology environment
- Experience working with sportsbooks, iGaming or casino operators, daily fantasy, prediction markets, or betting-focused agencies is strongly preferred. Adjacent performance-marketing categories with similar acquisition economics will also be considered
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including premium media, programmatic advertising, audience targeting, measurement, and omnichannel marketing
- Working knowledge of the regulatory environment for betting and gaming advertising, or clear ability and interest to come up to speed quickly
- Demonstrated ability to build senior-level relationships and develop long-term partnerships
