## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of growth product management, product marketing, or similarly relevant experience
- A track record of improving acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, or conversion
- Strong product and UX judgment, with the ability to turn ambiguous problems into intuitive experiences
- Highly analytical and comfortable working with funnel metrics, cohorts, experiments, and behavioral data
- Strong customer discovery skills and the ability to combine qualitative insight with quantitative evidence
- Experience with product-led growth, self-serve trials, or B2B SaaS products
