## About the role

We are seeking a Senior Payroll & Benefits Administrator to own our US payroll operations and support the financial and administrative components of our benefits programs. You’ll be responsible for accurate and timely payroll for 500+ employees, multi-state payroll compliance, benefits invoice reconciliation, and the payroll and reconciliation processes associated with our self-insured health plans.

## What they're looking for

- You have strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll and tax requirements and are comfortable researching and resolving complex payroll and withholding questions
- You have hands-on experience with benefits administration and invoice reconciliation and can confidently identify discrepancies across payroll, HRIS, carrier, and vendor data
- You are highly proficient with Excel or Google Sheets and comfortable working with large datasets, reconciliations, audits, and reporting
- You are exceptionally detail-oriented and take ownership of high-stakes, deadline-driven work, building appropriate checks and controls into your processes
