## About the role

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead delivery across client engagements and internal initiatives in a fast-paced SaaS environment. In this role, you will manage projects from kickoff through go-live, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams including solutions, product, engineering, and client successes.

## What they're looking for

- Own and manage the full project lifecycle for Consulting & Delivery engagements, from initiation through implementation, production go-live, and project closure
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependency tracking across multiple workstreams
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and change requests, escalate early to protect delivery commitments
- Ensure project deliverables meet agreed upon scope, quality standards, and customer success criteria
- Lead launch readiness with operations, engineering, and QA teams, including quality gate completion, escalation, escalation contacts, and internal go-live communications
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, client environment enablement, and customer rollout aligned to the organization's release management process
