- Achieve and exceed underwriting performance and revenue goals, using AI assisted risk scoring, automation, and triage to prioritize submissions and underwrite in accordance with our stated procedures
- Price accounts with competitive terms quickly and thoughtfully, applying AI driven rating and pricing recommendations to accelerate turnaround while adhering to guidelines
- Provide quick, competitive quote communication, using AI drafting and response tools to align messaging with our distribution and market strategies
- Collaborate with the underwriting team of Risk Engineers on understanding the unique exposures of complex accounts
- Serve as a trusted partner to wholesale brokers by offering thoughtful underwriting guidance and responsive communication, use AI tools to log and summarize broker engagement activity in internal systems
- Provide market feedback and recommend improvements to our terms, rates, and guidelines improving our policy forms and coverages
